Will my clients lose access to the content we create for them?

If a client is no longer works with us, will they still have access to the cards and process rules we've created for them in their account?

Clients (end users) will always have access to the cards and process rules you have created (or installed) in their Supered account.

If they choose to part ways, you as a Partner will be able to give them Admin access that will allow them to edit existing cards/process rules and create new ones moving forward.

We will keep them as a managed instance in your Supered account to track any revenue generated for the partner commission.

They will need to assume any licensing fees.
