Our intent is to give you the seats you need to deliver your services to clients through Supered. We have 2 different seat types that you can use to do so.
Note: Seat types cannot be mixed. So if you convert the account from one seat type to another, it will apply to every user in that account.
Free Starter / Free Trial
These seats are the standard seats that every end-user gets when they sign up for Supered. They start out in a trial mode that then converts into a starter tier after 2 weeks.
The trial license has 50 seats available to it and has a higher tier of Supered than starter. However, it expires after 2 weeks.
The starter license has 5 seats available and is the lowest tier of Supered. There are limited process rules and some other features will be limited.
Free Partner
You can activate free partner seats for a client by clicking "Add Free Seats" in the client list.
This will give you up to 50 seats for that client account. These seats are similar in feature to starter, except they have a few more features that are necessary for partners to do delivery.
These seats are read-only. So you will be able to manage content in your client's account, but they will have read-only access and will not be able to create cards.
Legacy
There may be more seat options available to you depending on the time that you purchased Supered. We do not offer those seats at this time.
Paid Seats
You can offer paid seats to your client. This will be handled in a conversation with our sales team to work out the commercials that make the most sense for you.
We have a range of different solutions in place based on your end state. Some partners absorb the cost as included in their offers, while others transparently pass through the cost. We can work with you for what makes sense, or help you put together a new SKU offering for your agency.
