Supered Partners are able to setup and manage their clients' accounts all from a single login. It's as easy as creating the client account, configure as you want, then invite users to the account.
Create Client Account
Look for the partner section on the left side of Supered. If you don't see it, contact us so we can activate the partner section for you.
On the dashboard, you can see all of your managed Supered accounts. Click "Add Account" and enter the client name (this is customer-facing!) to create their account. Click "Access Account" to enter that Supered account.
If the client already has a Supered account, you can create and send a Confirmation Link to add the account to your list.
Setup Client Account
When you access the client account, Supered will become orange. Our chrome extension will also become orange, which indicates you are in the client's account.
You can setup cards, install packages, and invite users.
Use the Supered Chrome Extension to make sure that cards appear like you expect. When you are in a client account, you will not see any of your cards—you will only see what's in the client Supered account.
Activate Private Package
From the partner page, click "Packages" to view your private packages. You can then "Add Account" and select any managed Supered account. This will make the package available inside the "Packages" view of that client's account.
If you want to install it for them, just "Access Account" using the previous section's instructions and then install the package from the packages page. All of the cards will then be available in the client's account.
