Supered does not (and will not) remove resources from a CRM. In this situation, you would need to go into the instance you accidentally deployed in and delete the resources manually. When you install a Supered resource, we keep track of the URL of where to find that so you can easily see everything installed from within the Supered package. You can use that to systematically go through each resource and delete.
