Access the Partner Portal by clicking the "Partner" link on the left side menu. If you don't see the option there, reach out to us so we can enable it for you.
The partner portal is all about making your client management experience easier. If you have a client that you want to setup in Supered (needed for them to access Cards, install packages into their HubSpot account), then you'll use the Partner Portal to set them up.
Create a New Account
Use this when you want to add a client to Supered and they don't have a Supered account already.
Click "+ Create Client Account"
Fill in the Client Account Name that you want to use.
Remember, it is client facing.
Click "Create Account"
This will create a new account that you have access to.
Connect an Existing Account (i.e. Confirmation Links)
Use "Confirmation Links" when you want to add a client to Supered and they already have a Supered account.
Click "+ Create Confirmation Link"
Fill In a Name so you know who the link is for.
Want a permanent link that you can reuse? Check the box! Want a one time use link? Do not check the box!
Click "Create Link"
Once created, Click "Copy Link" next to the correct listing and send that to your client for approval. Once approved, you will have access to their Supered Account.
Next, the client will need to confirm partner access by clicking the link that you sent them and clicking "Approve Partner Access"
Confirmation Link Statuses
Pending: You have created a link and potentially have sent the link, but it has not been redeemed yet.
Redeemed: The link has been used and the partner has approved access.
Redeemed (#): The amount of times your permanent link has been used.
Permanent: Indicates a Permanent Link that can be reused.

After an account is created, you can then "Access Account" to log into that specific Supered account.

View which Licenses that account holds
View how many seats they're using
View the start date of this managed account
⚡️Supered Insight: The Supered UI will become orange when you are in the partner's account. This lets you know to be careful, because you're changing something that is client-facing.
You can setup cards, install packages, or invite users to the account while in this mode. This is all done from your main login, so you only need a single account to manage many client accounts.
Partner Dashboard
The Partner Dashboard is a great tool to track your CAPE Progress, identify training gaps, review weekly metrics, and tap into beneficial events and resources for your team!

See what your current progress is and what stages you have completed
Review the Pathway to CAPE and steps you can take
See your client seat allocations and supered usage stats
Review Team Metrics
Keep track of your team’s journey through their certification program
This will show their % complete and what phase they’re on + what phases are completed
Access Partner Resources
Find Events & Resources in the tabs next to “Partner Performance”
This is an embedded Supered card that we will update with upcoming events and resources
Important Note: The MRR is updated manually by the Supered team and will ideally be updated on a monthly basis. If your MRR hasn't been updated in over a month and you feel there is an error, please reach out to the Channel Team!
